I believe a strong school board listens to and represents the entire community—students, families, and educators alike. An ideal relationship would cherish and honor teachers, ensuring their voices shape the decisions that impact our schools.
My focus is on fostering a collaborative and transparent environment where trust between the board, administration, and teachers leads to meaningful progress. I will prioritize open communication, ensuring educators and families feel heard and valued.
Most importantly, I want every student to have access to a high-quality education that meets their needs. This means making informed, community-driven decisions that create a learning environment where all students can thrive.

Equity means recognizing and addressing systemic disparities that affect students. I am committed to fighting for justice and fair opportunities for all students.

I support holding leadership accountable to ensure decisions benefit students, teachers, and families. This means making data-driven decisions and maintaining transparency in leadership.
